Background
Linda Elder has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. A native Nashvillian, she attended the University of Mississippi, married and had four children, all of whom are now grown. Because of her children, Linda understands that location and good school districts are top priorities in helping a buyer select the right property.
Linda is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Linda has worked hard to establish herself as a professional who is honest and ethical, and believes these attributes best describe her career.
Real Estate Experience
One of the business achievements Linda is most proud of is being a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Sales club. She has also received the Award of Excellence for 18 consecutive years.
Another achievement which sets her apart from other Realtors is the fact that she has built three homes to sell and has completely renovated four in the past ten years. In fact, when she began her real estate career she decorated homes for several builders. She has the ability to visualize a home's potential, something a lot of people have a hard time doing.
Linda knows and works in many MLS areas of Nashville (primarily areas 1,2 and 10) and relishes the opportunity to use her knowledge and expertise to help both buyers and sellers move in a fashion that is smooth, efficient and fun!
