Emma's 20 years in the real estate industry has included being the broker/owner of Emma Roy Properties, marketing head of the Northumberland Development Company, as well as extensive listing and sales experience.
Emma primarily specializes in homes in Northumberland, Belle Meade and Green Hills as well as the Richland Historic District, and the garden homes in developments such as Sugartree, Abbottsford, Middleton, etc. Negotiation is a key factor in her business dealings, and a love of people and homes makes real estate very exciting to her.
Professional Education and Designations
Emma is a guaduate of Vanderbilt University, past president of The Junior League of San Antonio, and has served on numerous boards for a variety of philanthropic causes.
