D.J. is a native of Lebanon, Tennessee and a graduate of Lipscomb University with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. While at Lipscomb, D.J. served as President of the student body. He is currently obtaining his Master of Business Administration degree at Middle Tennessee State University. His many connections in higher education throughout Nashville and the Mid-state greatly benefit his network of clients. Before formally entering into the real estate industry, D.J. operated a full-service lawn care business based in his hometown of Lebanon.
D.J.'s background begins with his experience assisting buyers, sellers and investors seeking opportunities in the foreclosure market. Now, he works throughout the Mid-state with these and other residential real estate interests seeking new construction, re-sales, and development properties. His access to community developers, industry-related associations and fellow practitioners allows his clients to receive the most thorough knowledge available of not only the Nashville real estate market but Middle Tennessee as a whole.
D.J. serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Montview Condominiums, a thriving condominium development in Nashville, where he and the board are able to represent over 100 home-owners. In this capacity, he has gained great insight and knowledge of the Nashville condominium market as well as quality property management practices.
D.J. is a member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Classical America, National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Williamson County Association of Realtors.
